Making Home Builder Ads Speak Clearly
Pick up any newspaper or magazine. Visit the web. Watch
more than 20 minutes of TV. Take the bus. What do you
see? Ads. They're everywhere. I even saw one recently on
the plastic packing material that came inside my
amazon.com order. Ads - in some form - are necessary to
make the public aware of what you are offering...
Dispelling the myth of "automatic follow-up" in new
home sales
"Automatic follow-up." What a great concept - especially
if it could work! Just imagine, a customer visits a new
home sales center or a model home, takes a tour through
the model, gets a brochure, presumably talks with a
sales representative, and then the computer takes over.
