Beginning next week (Wednesday, January 6 – Friday, January 8) at the Schwarzmann European Kitchens showroom in West Palm Beach, Florida, licensed CAPS Instructor, Steve Hoffacker, will be holding the first of 12 total certification programs in that area.
In addition, 4 are scheduled for Lecanto, FL, and at least 3 are scheduled in the Northeast although more may be added.

Three classes are required for the certification, and all are offered each set of dates scheduled. Years ago, Steve was one of the first instructors to begin offering all three classes at one time so that the designation was attainable all at one time and special arrangements or additional scheduling wasn’t necessary to complete the coursework by the participants.
